How the free finish-date check works
- Name the oldest open monthThat month is the start. The day you pick is the end.

- Leave when the day is metStatements a person can follow. The next month is a separate yes, in writing.
A service with no day does not end
A cleanup with no finish day keeps taking the next month. We write the day down before the work starts, and the work stops when that day is true.
If the pile cannot fit the day, you hear that before anyone pretends it will. Payday stays on the provider you already run. A signed opinion stays outside this practice.

Is the finish-date check free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and nothing is signed. If the pile cannot fit the day, you hear that before any work starts.
What does current mean here?
The bank, the cards, and the open items are all true on one day. If one of them is still open, we name that line and we do not call the day done.
Does the cleanup turn into a monthly job?
Only if you ask in writing after the day. Otherwise it ends. The next month is its own close, not a cleanup that never stopped.
Will you run payday during the catch-up?
No. Payday stays with the provider you already run. We can set the chart up beside that provider. We do not press payday.
