A Finish Date how a call becomes work

The pages are general reading. They are not a scope, not a quote, and not a promise that a particular day will fit your months. That answer comes on a call, after we hear the oldest open month and the day you need.
A form is not an engagement
Sending a form, or picking a time on the calendar, does not hire us and does not state a fee. Work starts when both sides have signed a scope that names the day, names what current includes, and names the fee. Until that paper exists, either side can stop.
You agree not to send account numbers, full card numbers, or passwords in the message box. A month and a year are enough to start the conversation. The statements themselves move later, through a path we name on the call.
The writing on these pages is ours. You may read it and you may share a link. You may not copy the pages onto another site and present them as your own offer.
Where a dispute would be heard
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
If a court sets one sentence aside, the rest of this page still stands. A delay in enforcing a sentence is not a waiver of it.
If this page changes
If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. The copy you relied on when you sent a form is the copy that applies to that form. A later edit does not rewrite a scope that was already signed.
The phone number on every page is the way to ask what a sentence means. We would rather explain a line than leave you guessing at it.
A change to that number is posted on this page and in the footer together. The number on the page you are reading is the number that reaches this practice.
