A Finish Date what the form keeps

Effective 12 October 2026. This page says what you hand us, what the browser records, and how to have an enquiry removed. The note you send is the start of a conversation, not a file.

Who this page is from

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Questions about this page go to the phone number +1 844-324-7273.

What you type

When you fill in a form on this site we receive the fields you can see. Your name, your email address when the form asks for one, your phone number if you give one, what the company is called when that field is on the page, and whatever you write in the message box. The short form on the first screen asks for less. There is no hidden field that stores a note you did not type. A honeypot field exists only to catch automated submissions, and a person using the form leaves it blank.

If you open the calendar on the booking page and choose a time, the booking company takes those details on our behalf and they reach this practice. The page itself does not print a mailbox. The address of the calendar is assembled in the browser after you ask for it, and it is not written out as a mailbox in the page.

A note that names the oldest open month is still just a note. It does not become a file, and it does not authorize us to sign in to anything. Access to the books, if it comes, comes later and in writing.

What the browser records

This site records a page view with two random identifiers that your own browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, together with the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party. It stays on our own server. It exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.

If your browser is set to Do Not Track, none of that is recorded at all.

There is no advertising pixel on this site, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request information for security and rate limiting.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We hold an enquiry so we can reply, so we can prepare for the call you asked for, so we can do the work if you engage us, so we can see which pages are useful, so we can keep automated submissions out of the form, and so we can meet ordinary record keeping duties.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. No decision about you is made automatically.

An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes. You can also ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do that.

If this page changes

If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A material change is made on the page rather than announced somewhere else. Two owners of one company are each a person under this page. A note one of you sends is not automatically copied to the other unless the message itself asks for that.
